The eZsnooZ cushion is a great replacement for the "forehead smashing" spa table cushions normally used. It further allows face down sleeping, or relaxing on your bed. This is great for receiving a home massage from your partner or for reducing the open mouth snoring many face each night. Place your normal pillow under your upper body and the eZsnooZ cushion at the end and relax, breathe and enjoy (and let your partner enjoy) restful sleep. Massage Tables? No, not really convenient or practical; but the eZsnooZ cushion gets you most of the way there in the comfort of your own bed! If you enjoy your massage table but have found the face cushion leaves marks on your forehead or seems too hard, replace it with the specially designed eZsnooZ cushion for a softer experience.
Realistically, sleeping on one's stomach all night may not happen or be comfortably practical, but the eZsnooZ cushion should allow you to start that way, giving your partner time to get to sleep. Then, as you probably know, sleeping on one's side, rather than on your back, often reduces the snoring as well. Consult a doctor for other ideas if the problem persists.
The eZsnooZ cushion is also uniquely suited to provide padded separation between knees or between the thighs. By varying the inflation level, the distance of separation is controlled and will allow for comfortable sleep on one's side. Use the normal chin / neck strap or the head strap to attach the cushion to a leg, if needed to avoid cushion movement while sleeping. Size when fully inflated: 17"w x 14"h x 4.5"d
Do you like a relaxing bath before or after a nice massage? The eZsnooZ cushion can be used as a bath head and neck pillow by removing the cover, or even with the soft cover left on. Water won't hurt it, so use it where you like.
