Founder, David MacMahan has invented, designed and marketed a wide variety of products since the 80s including novelty gifts like The Revenger (Road Rage Device), Hero Hoops (Cheering Office Basketball Hoop), the collectible line: Forma Vitrum Stained Glass Village, and eCard and Printable Gift Notices for last minute online gift purchases. During those years, he traveled all around the globe and witnessed suitcases become equipped with wheels (Now why didn't he think of that?), extending handles on suitcases (Again... Why didn't he think of that?), and finally lots of people slouching, squirming and uncomfortably suffering through long travel in ever smaller airline seats... shrinking, even as the passengers continue to be taller? He tried squishy neck cushions that felt nice, but didn't support, hard inflatable ones with seams that cut into his neck, one that looked and felt a bit like being in traction, and some that were OK, but not helpful for facing forward or using on his shoulder in a window seat.
Plus, neck cushions were helpful if one could sleep only sitting erect for hours. David shifted, squirmed and slouched uncomfortably, and noticed others do too. From leaning to the side, to leaning forward, arms folded leaned forward into the tray, or if too tall, into the seat ahead. The same frustrations found there, were also experienced while exchanging massages on a bed... uncomfortable twisting of the neck, hard to breathe face down in a pillow. After getting the first (actually, the third design version) eZsnooZ cushion sample in and trying it... David was glad to say of the new all purpose travel cushion: "Hey... We are sorry BUT NO REFUNDS or RETURNS can be accepted due to the personal nature of an inflatable cushion and inability to put a returned item back into stock for resale. (You wouldn't want one sent to you that had been blown up by a stanger's mouth, right?)

Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Are the covers washable? The covers are 100% Polyester and are Washable, but dry on a cool setting just to be safe.
2. Do I inflate the cushion fully? Adjust the inflation depending on the use and your preference. For face down or face forward support, fully inflated is usually best. For use as a neck cushion, it depends on how the seat back hits your neck area, but typically reducing the inflation will make it more comfortable. If used as a seat cushion very little air is needed for comfortable support.
The fastening fabric grip cover makes sure it is easy to access and close without the worrisome problem of zippers getting stuck, etc.
3. Why can't I return it? Concern for transmitting germs or diseases does not allow us to take a unit that has been received back into stock. If the cushion is punctured somehow, we can send a small patch or replace the interior inflation cushion. We are confident you will be very pleased however.
4. I am confused by the head strap? It is a new concept for sure, but if you have ever leaned into the seat ahead of you on an airplane, or been stuck in the back seat of a compact car and tried to sleep... You will want to give it a try. Remove the strap from the outer fabric connections. Then loop the left and right edges underneath the cushion where the long connecting strips are found. Adjust fairly snugly, with the strap toward the crown of your head, not down around the neck. This way the cushion supports your neck, head and face as you lean into the seat ahead of you.
5. What is the little pocket on the top of the cushion? Use it for your iPod or MP3, or if you don't want the drawstring bag included, just deflate and stuff the cushion into itself, that pocket to keep it together... The drawstring bag looks neater though and has reminder directions.
6. Can you personalize it for me? I think these would make great Bon Voyage, Graduation or Wedding Gifts. We agree! These would be great personalized items for all those occasions and more, so we do hope to add tha capability soon, but it isn't currently available.
7. What is the long thin strap across the open end? This can be adjusted to tighten the fit of the cushion around your neck. It allows you to fall asleep and keep your head supported from flopping to the side, back or down.
