Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We are sorry BUT NO REFUNDS or RETURNS can be accepted on the eZsnooZ cushion, ambient light cover or cotton covers, due to the personal nature of each and the inability to put a returned item back into stock for resale. (You wouldn't want one sent to you that had been blown up by a stanger's mouth, or breathed on,right?) The eZsnooZ Desktop and Laptop Massage Unit and the MassageEssential Tripod Base may be returned if not 100% satisfied, but the normal costs for the Cushion, cover and light blocker will be deducted, and the actual original shipping freight will be charged. We will replace any defective parts.

Please also note. YOU DON'T NEED TO ORDER MORE THAN 1 eZsnooZ Cushion (ALL uses shown are from ONE Cushion) unless you want multiples for friends, family or yourself. All of the uses shown are from a single cushion!

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Are the covers washable? The Blue and Grey covers are 100% Polyester and are Washable, but dry on a cool setting just to be safe. If you are a massage therapist and treat various clients you may want to order the white cotton covers, which are also washable.

2. Do I inflate the cushion fully? Adjust the inflation depending on the use and your preference. For face down or face forward support, fully inflated is usually best. For use as a neck cushion, it depends on how the seat back hits your neck area, but typically reducing the inflation will make it more comfortable. If used as a seat cushion very little air is needed for comfortable support.

The fastening fabric grip cover makes sure it is easy to access and close without the worrisome problem of zippers getting stuck, etc.

3. Why can't I return it? Concern for transmitting germs or diseases does not allow us to take a unit that has been received back into stock. If the cushion is punctured somehow, we can send a small patch or replace the interior inflation cushion. We are confident you will be very pleased however. It is the the most functional and comfortable travel cushion ever made for all snoozing positions and is a great replacement for the spa U shaped head cushions that are hard on the forehead.

4. I am confused by the head strap? It is a new concept for sure, but if you have ever leaned into the seat ahead of you on an airplane, or been stuck in the back seat of a compact car and tried to sleep... You will want to give it a try. Remove the strap from the outer fabric connections. Then loop the left and right edges underneath the cushion where the long connecting strips are found. Adjust fairly snugly, with the strap toward the crown of your head, not down around the neck. This way the cushion supports your neck, head and face as you lean into the seat ahead of you.

5. What is the little pocket on the top of the cushion? Use it for your iPod or MP3, or if you don't want the drawstring bag included, just deflate and stuff the cushion into itself, that pocket to keep it together... The drawstring bag looks neater though and has reminder directions.

6. Can you personalize it for me? I think these would make great Bon Voyage, Graduation or Wedding Gifts. We agree! These would be great personalized items for all those occasions and more, so we do hope to add that capability soon, but it isn't currently available.

7. What is the long thin strap across the open end? This can be adjusted to tighten the fit of the cushion around your neck and is effective with the open end facing forward or toward the back, depending on whether one wants to most support one's chin very propped up. It allows you to fall asleep and keep your head supported from flopping to the side, back or down.

8. I am confused by the MassageEssential and the eZsnooZ Desktop Unit? The MassageEssential includes the Desktop unit. The Desktop unit collapses to the size of a book, but can quickly be opened and adjusted by height and tilt to lean forward on a desk, or just leaned forward with it in one's lap. A massage therapist then has access to the user's back and neck from the back or front more easily. It also works wonderfully for relaxed sleeping while traveling.

8. How do I tighten the locking portion of the facerest on the ME and Desktop, and the clip locks on the adjustable poles? The face rest has a handle that should be stiff when you fold inward to secure the setting. It can be tightened by rotating clockwise. It can even become loose and come off, but easily rethreads to tighten.

The adjustable pole locks tighten with an allen wrench supplied in the netting area of the laptop unit. Insert and tighten if the poles are slipping.

The collapsible tripod base and extension poles elevate the desktop unit to the height of one's bed, converting the bed into a functional massage table.
