By securing the cushion to the back of the head, the very front edge of the cushion resting against the seat ahead even creates a comfortable, supported experience. The strap has also proven useful for securing the cushion more securely for "neck lock" muscle ailments, or rolled to use for additional chin support under the collar cushion. Adjust inflation for best results as a neck cushion and lumbar support pillow.
As a beach companion pillow, or home massage face cushion and head cushion, or "desk napping pillow", the eZsnooZ cushion allows face down comfort, without the awkward twisting of the spine or inability to breathe.
